This is a simple but effective way to reduce your energy consumption as well as prolong the life of any electrical equipment.

Most equipment is designed to operate at 220V to confirm with European regulations and the CE stamp. However the average supply Voltage in the UK is around 242V. This means that the Voltage being used by our electrical products is too high which hsa a knock on effect of two things:

• Using too much energy (kWh)
• Potentially damaging products
• Reducing the lifespan of the products
